solutions and remedies for issues that interfere with the
Rights of individual Americans to "Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of Happiness". The Ombudsman can --
1)Recommend an individualized DIY action that can
remove an impediment to "Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of Happiness".
2)Be a friend with the "power" to take corrective action
on someone else's behalf.
1)Life = Living free from threats of physical harm,
deprivation or developmental denial.
2)Liberty = Lifestyle choices unencumbered by
arbitrary rules and regulations.
3)Pursuit of Happiness (aka, the American Dream) =
Unimpeded vertical mobility in Personal, Social or
Financial expectations or aspirations.
Aword about "pursuit of Happiness". The operative word is "pursuit". There is no Right to Happiness. Pursuit implies that Happiness is an elusive and ethereal concept, which is more like a long-term sense of satisfaction with your Quality-of-Life and Who-you-are than a temporary feeling of euphoria. Temporary feelings of euphoria can be obtained by doing-drugs or getting-laid (both of which can have unpleasant consequences).
"Wehold these truths to be self-evident,
that allmen are created equal, that they are
endowedby their Creator with certain
unalienableRights,that among these are
Life,Liberty and thepursuitof Happiness."
Four types of solutions/remedies
1)Taxpayer Rights to Fair Value Taxing
2)Workplace related issues
(i.e., promotion, lateral transfer, et al.)
3)Workforce related issues
(i.e., access to training, et al.)
4)Arbitrary and inappropriate control of lifestyle issues
by government agencies, private-sector predators
Three levels of service
1)Do It Yourself = a DIY action that can correct or
remove an impediment. DIY is the anthesis of prayer.
Prayer asks someone else to do something for you.
2)DIY+ = DIY plus: How-to get someone else to do
something that complements and facilitates your DIY.
3)Someone who will represent a member's interests
who can help overcome an impediment to member's
successful access to Life, Liberty and the pursuit

Disclaimer: The Ombudsman is not an attorney. The Ombudsman is an authority on the U.S. Constitution. The Ombudsman comes from California where they focus on What-Can-Be. In California they hire lawyers, tell the lawyer what they want them to do, and if the lawyer can't do it, hire a smarter lawyer. Which is what the Ombudsman will do. We can train one, if necessary. Florida lawyers are well-versed in "Matters of Law". It is unclear whether Florida's lawyers and politicians have ever heard of "Matters of Fact" or the U.S. Constitution, as a matter of fact.
